1. Return & Exchange Window

• We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, provided the products meet our eligibility criteria.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all protective seals intact.
• For health, hygiene, and safety reasons (as a pharmaceutical/wellness brand), any product with a broken safety seal or damaged packaging cannot be accepted for return.
• The original purchase invoice or order confirmation must be presented.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving it.
• In such cases, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Digital Wallet, etc.) or via a bank transfer within 7–14 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be fulfilled via bank transfer or dedicated mobile wallets.
• Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
